My Umrah Booking holds no responsibility for Luggage loss, Injuries, Damages, Accidents, & Additional expenses due to delay of Flights, Misconnection, Sickness, Bad weather, Strike, War, Quarantine, Breakdown or Transport breakdown, or the closure of airport due to War, or any personal issues of the pilgrim, etc. The consumer has to bear this without blaming the company and its employees. The group leader with the group also does not have any responsibility for the above-stated situations or more.
My Umrah Booking is a Hajj, Umrah & Ziyarat tour operator, the company does not run or control the airlines, hotels, transport & laundry or any other facility or services mentioned in the broucher. Our company selects and chooses the best elements for a smooth pilgrimage tour of Hajj, Umrah & Ziyarat, hence the company or its employees should not be held responsible for improper services provided by any Airline, Transport, Hotel and any other provider of services for any Injury, Death, Loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any other Hotelier, Airlines, or/and any act or actions of co-passenger- My Umrah Booking shall not be held responsible either for any loss, delay, damage, fading of color, stain of any type or shrinking of clothes by the laundry services.
If any country stops you from entering the borders or inside the country due to any ban or any past objectionable record or because any other visa issue or due to any pandemic or any civil war or international war-like situation or strike etc. where the pilgrim has traveled and are not being allowed the pilgrims will not be allowed to enter- please do note that My Umrah Booking shall not be held responsible for any such incident or situation as we don’t have any control over unexpected situation like mentioned above. This situation is mostly ordered by the government of that country and under this situation no refund is applicable all will have to abide by the laws of the country. Luggage will be mentioned in the ticket, if there is any excess luggage than the mentioned luggage the passenger will have to bear the charges then My Umrah Booking will not be responsible.
